Welcome to the 2024 MuslimFest bazaar. Congratulations, your application to join our event was approved.
Please refer to the email you received from bazaar@muslimfest.com indicating your assigned booth number. You are only allowed to sign-up for the booth number that you have been allocated.
You will have until Saturday, June 15th, 2024 11:00am to register for your allocated booth. If you do not register by the date above, your booth will be released to the next vendor. This is also your deadline to submit the full payment for your booth and your bazaar forms as well.
You will notice a mandatory charge of $500 added to your booth fee as a damage deposit, and a $67 charge for insurance for non-food vendors, and $85 for food vendors. Damage deposits are returned within 60 days after the festival, pending review of any damages made to the site or rentals.
Once you have completed your registration here, you will receive an email with your invoice. All payments must be made through cheque (must be received by June 17th), e-transfer or PayPal. Payment instructions will be provided with the invoice. |
