STEP 2: When you are done choosing, click on the 'Continue to Checkout' button to go to the next step. Please Note: Although you have made your selection, your booth is not finalized until show manager approves your selection and payment is made in full.

16 x 12 ft. Extra Large Booth includes: • 3 skirted six-foot table • 2 chairs • Wastebasket • Pipe and drape • Identification sign • Wireless internet access • 8 exhibitor badges • Up to 8 hotel rooms confirmed within the room block If you have your own display and don't need the tables, please let us know. Space will accommodate three hospital-sized, tabletop displays only (6ft wide by 4ft high as it sits upon the table). NB: Due to fire regulations, only booths fitting the above guidelines will be allowed on the exhibit floor. Booths not meeting the size requirements will not be permitted under any circumstances. Booth personnel is limited to an appropriate number of representatives at any given time.
